hotel staff is amazing. every single day rooms are cleaning and this is perfect. Hotel is near to central of Kas.

The rooms were very modern and super clean. We were able to get a partial view of the sea from the balcony despite not getting a ocean view room. The hotel was very close to the coast, with great views of the Mediterranean. We were also able to easily walk down to the harbor and dining areas around it.
It's a walk up. The elevator only goes to the first floor of rooms, which is on the 3rd floor.

Brand new hotel, spacious, very comfortable and clean rooms. High quality beds and bathroom fixtures, a good quite a/c... Great balcony with great sea view. Good breakfast, nice location.
The hotel overall lacks some charm, with a too basic decoration and a kind of a cold ambiance. The price is a slightly high for the facilities that they offer. (Small swimming pool shared with the hotel next door, no access to sea...)
